Can I Downgrade My Account?
You can downgrade your diib Pro membership to Free at any time. We understand that business needs and budgets change.
Before you make the switch, here’s something important to keep in mind: search is changing quickly.
Between AI Overviews and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), staying visible today means keeping track of how your website is performing in both search engines and AI tools. That’s exactly what diib Pro is designed to help with.
If you decide to downgrade, your account will still remain active. However, some features and insights will become limited.
Here’s what changes when you move to a Free account:
Keyword tracking becomes limited
You’ll go from seeing 250 of your most important keywords to just 5, which can make it harder to spot trends or discover new content opportunities.
Limited view of your diibAI Visibility Score
Free members can see their AI Visibility Score, but you’ll lose the full breakdown and detailed citation list that shows where your website appears across AI platforms.
No access to diibAssist
diibAssist — your virtual Growth Expert — is available to Pro members and helps answer questions about your website, traffic, keywords, and SEO opportunities using your actual data.
No access to diibLive sessions
Pro members can attend 20+ hours of weekly diibLive sessions, including small-group trainings and office hours where you can ask questions about your dashboard, SEO, and website growth.
Objectives are no longer available
Objectives are personalized growth tips based on your website data. These recommendations help guide you toward improvements that can increase traffic and visibility.
Boost add-ons require Pro membership
Boost services like Handshake and LocalBoost are only available to Pro members. If you currently have a Boost, you can keep it active, but if you cancel it you’ll need to upgrade back to Pro to reactivate it.
Rank Guard is not available
Rank Guard alerts you to new keyword ranking opportunities and shows you how to improve your rankings. This feature is available only to Pro members.
Limited customer support
Free members still have access to our Knowledge Base, but Pro members receive faster responses and priority assistance.
Multiple sites stop updating
If you have multiple websites in your dashboard, only your Main Site will continue updating regularly as a Free member. Other sites will show limited data from a one-time scan.
You can always upgrade again later if you want full access back.
And no matter what, we’re glad you’re here and cheering you on as you grow your website.
If you still have questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
