I Forgot My Password. What Do I Do?

On the diib sign-in page (diib.com/app/login), you have two options:

Sign in with a magic link (fastest)

1. Click the Magic link tab.

2. Enter the email you use for diib and click Send magic link.
3. Open the email and click the link. It works for 15 minutes.

Reset your password

1. On the Password tab, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your account email and click Send reset link.
3. Follow the email to create a new password.

Signed up with Google or Facebook? Use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook instead. No password needed.

No email? Check your spam folder and make sure it's the email on your diib account. Still stuck? Email support@diib.com.
