If you're still getting our Free member emails as a Pro member, it's likely due to duplicate accounts.
If you're a Pro member but still receiving Free Member emails, it’s usually because you have a duplicate account—one of which is a Free account.
Here’s how to fix it:

Check for Duplicate Accounts:
Try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used when signing up. -
Cancel or Unsubscribe:
Once you’ve accessed the Free account:- Unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- Or, cancel the Free account from the My Account section in your dashboard.
