While we don’t currently offer live support agents, we’ve created several ways for you to get answers and ask questions.
Start with the Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base is the fastest way to find answers.
We have over 120 articles covering common questions about your dashboard, SEO, website performance, and more. To search, simply type a keyword or question into the Search for Answers bar at the top of this page.
Most users are able to find what they need in just a few seconds.
Join a Live Session
We also offer live sessions where you can learn more about diib and ask questions.
Free Members
Free members can join a live diib dashboard demo, where we walk through the platform and answer questions during a live Q&A.
diib Pro Members
Pro members have access to diibLive sessions. These small-group sessions focus on different parts of the dashboard and topics like SEO, AI visibility, and website growth.
While these sessions aren’t live support, you’re welcome to ask questions during the session.
Pro members can also attend our Office Hours, where you can ask almost anything about your dashboard, website performance, or growth strategy.
