If you're getting a message that you have duplicate accounts, here's what to do.
If you’re seeing a message about having multiple accounts, it means you have more than one diib account linked to the same website, usually under different email addresses.
This can happen for both free and Pro members. For example, you might have:

A Pro Membership account with all your paid features

A Free account for the same site under a different email
When this happens, it’s easy to log into the wrong account by accident. That can stop you from seeing your Pro benefits (if you have them) and might also mean you get duplicate emails.
Here’s how to fix it:

The email address of the account you want to keep
