Why Does My Dashboard Say Free If I’m a Pro Member?

If you're a Pro member but your dashboard says Free at the top, here are ways to troubleshoot the issue.

If your Diib dashboard is showing as a Free account even though you're a Pro member, there are a few things you can check before reaching out to support.

First, check your billing details by going to My Account > Billing in your Diib dashboard to make sure your most recent payment was processed successfully. If there was a payment issue, updating your payment method may resolve it.

Next, verify that you’re logged into the correct account. If you have multiple Diib accounts under different emails, you may be logged into a Free account instead of your Pro membership.

If you recently upgraded, try logging out and back in or refreshing your dashboard to update your account status.
