Why Does My Diib Pro Account Show Up as Free?

Learn why your Pro account might be showing as Free in your dashboard.

If you have a Pro membership but you’ve logged into your Diib account and are seeing a Free member view, then you have duplicate Diib accounts. Many of our users have MULTIPLE email addresses that they use to manage their business. Here’s what you should do to log into your Pro account:
  • Double check your login information. If you aren’t sure which email you used to sign up for Pro, try logging in with all of the emails that you use for your business.
  • Once you have located the email that you use for your Diib Pro email, save that login information into your password management software.
  • If you need help locating the email account that you use to log into Diib Pro, reach out to prosupport@diib.com. We can also delete your Free account for you if you aren’t using it.
