If your "Daily Health Score" widget is stuck at 0, here's how to troubleshoot.
If your Daily Health Score is showing as zero, it’s usually due to a data syncing issue or a lack of data being collected from your Google Analytics account. Don’t worry—this can typically be resolved with a few simple steps.
1. Check Your Google Analytics Sync
Your Daily Health Score relies on data from Google Analytics, so ensuring it’s properly synced is essential:
- Go to the "Data Channels" section in your Diib dashboard.
- Reconnect or reload your Google Analytics account to refresh the data.
- Double-check that you’ve synced the correct property associated with your website.
2. Verify Google Analytics is Collecting Data
Even with a proper sync, Google Analytics needs to actively collect data for your score to update:
- Tracking Code: Ensure the Google Analytics tracking code is installed correctly on every page of your website.
- Real-Time Reports: Log into your Google Analytics account and check the Realtime section to confirm visits are being tracked.
- Property Settings: Confirm that the Google Analytics property linked to Diib is the one collecting active website data.
3. Allow Time for Updates
After reloading or syncing your data, it might take some time for the Daily Health Score to reflect the changes. Give it 24 hours and check back.
What Does the Daily Health Score Do?
