Why Was My Payment Declined?

It's not uncommon for a payment to fail. Here's how you can fix it fast.

There are a few common reasons why your payment might have been declined:

  1. Insufficient Funds: Your account may not have enough balance to cover the payment.
  2. Bank or Card Restrictions: Your bank or card issuer might block certain transactions for security reasons (this sometimes happens with customers who are based outside of the U.S.).

What Can You Do?

  1. Contact Your Bank or Card Issuer:
Reach out to your bank or card provider to understand why the payment was declined. They may be able to approve the transaction or make funds available.

  2. Update Your Payment Method:
Log in to your Diib account and navigate to My Account > Billing > Payment Method to update your card details or add a new payment method.

  3. Try a Different Payment Method:
If the issue continues, consider using a different card or PayPal to complete your purchase.
