To cancel a Free or Pro subscription, you'll need to access the Billing section of your Diib Dashboard.
We hate to see you go, but we understand if you need to cancel your subscription with us (we hope you come back!). If you wish to cancel your Diib subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Diib Dashboard.
2. In the top right corner, click on "My Account", then "Billing".
3. Click on "Account Details". From here you'll see where you can cancel your subscription - just follow the prompts and you'll be good to go.
If you are paying via PayPal log into your PayPal account > Click Profile (the
gear icon) on the top right corner of the page > Click Pre-approved
payments under "Payment settings". > Select the merchant (Diib) whose
agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
Please note that if you cancel before the end of your subscription period, the remaining time is non-refundable. However, your subscription will end on the next scheduled payment date.
