This article is designed to help users who are adding Diib (ga@diib.com) as a user to their website.
1. Shopify

Log in to Shopify:
- Go to your Shopify Admin.

Navigate to Settings:
- Click on Settings in the bottom left corner.

Go to Users and Permissions:
- Select Users and Permissions from the menu.
-
Add a Staff Member:
- Click Add Staff.
- Enter the user's email address and assign the permissions as Full permissions to give admin-level access.
-
Send Invite:
- Click Send invite.
- The user will receive an email to accept the invitation and complete the setup.
2. WordPress

Log in to WordPress Admin:
- Navigate to
yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
.
- Navigate to

Go to Users:
- In the left-hand menu, click on Users, then select Add New.

Fill in User Details:
- Enter the username, email, and password for the new user.

Assign Role:
- In the Role dropdown, select Administrator.
-
Add New User:
- Click Add New User.
- The user will now have admin-level access.
3. BigCommerce

Log in to BigCommerce Admin:
- Access your BigCommerce Dashboard.

Navigate to Account Settings:
- Click on Account Settings in the main menu.
-
Go to Users:
- Under Users, click Add User.
-
Enter User Details:
- Provide the user’s email address and name.
-
Assign Permissions:
- Set User Role to Store Owner or Administrator for full access.

Save and Send Invite:
- Click Save to send the invitation.
4. Wix

Log in to Wix:
- Go to your Wix Account Dashboard.

Go to Settings:
- From the dashboard, click Settings.
-
Access Roles and Permissions:
- Scroll to Roles & Permissions under Advanced Settings.

Invite People:
- Click Invite People and enter the user's email address.

Assign Role:
- Choose the Admin role for full access.

Send Invite:
- Click Send Invite. The user will receive an email to join.
5. Squarespace

Log in to Squarespace:
- Access your Squarespace Account.

Go to Permissions:
- Navigate to Settings > Permissions.

Invite Contributor:
- Click Invite Contributor, then enter the user's email.

Set Role:
- Select Administrator for full access.
-
Send Invitation:
- Click Invite. The user must accept the email invitation.
6. Weebly (Now part of Square)

Log in to Weebly:
- Go to your Weebly Dashboard.

Access Settings:
- Click Settings in the main menu.

Manage Editors:
- Select Editors under the settings.
-
Add Editor:
- Enter the user's email address and assign Admin permissions.

Send Invite:
- Click Invite.
7. Magento (Adobe Commerce)

Log in to Magento Admin Panel:
- Navigate to your Magento Admin Panel.

Go to System Settings:
- Click System > Permissions > Users.

Add New User:
- Click Add New User.
-
Fill in User Details:
- Provide username, email, and password.

Assign Role:
- Assign the role of Administrator.

Save User:
- Click Save User.
8. Joomla

Log in to Joomla Admin:
- Go to
yourwebsite.com/administrator

Go to Users:
- Click on Users > Manage.

Add New User:
- Click New.

Fill in User Details:
- Provide the name, username, email, and password.

Assign Role:
- Under Assigned User Groups, select Administrator.

Save User:
- Click Save & Close.
9. Drupal

Log in to Drupal Admin:
- Navigate to

- Click People in the admin toolbar.

Add User:
- Click Add user.

Fill in User Details:
- Enter username, email, and password.

Assign Role:
- Select Administrator under Roles.

Save User:
- Click Create new account.
