If you get notified about broken backlinks, here's how you can fix them on your own.
Your Diib subscription has an objective that helps you fix broken backlinks. A backlink is a link on another website that points to yours. These backlinks have become broken because they link to pages on your website that no longer exist or the URL might have changed over time. Here are some solutions to help you fix these broken links:
- On WordPress, you can install a plugin called Redirection. Your SEO plugin (such as Yoast or Rankmath) might have some options to help you set up a redirect. You will simply paste the broken URL from your diib dashboard. You will then have it point to the desired URL on your website.
- On Shopify, you may go to your "Navigation" section of your online store and there will be an option to see your redirects. Simply take the broken URL from your Diib dashboard and set up a new redirect to the desired URL.
