Learn about Rank Guard and How To Use It
RankGuard is a trademarked feature of diib. This feature lets you see how you can protect your rankings. Here is a quick overview of how it works:
- We look at keywords that have the potential to rank higher.
- We look at your website versus your competitor websites to identify low hanging fruits so that you can rank better..
- By following the suggestions, you can improve your rankings.
This is how RankGuard looks in your dashboard.
Your website will appear in the first column and your competitor will appear in the 2nd column. Anything that is RED on your website will address adjustments that you need to make on your website to improve your keyword rankings.
- If the "Domain Rank" column has red text, you will need to find backlinks to improve your rankings.
- If your content length is red, you will need to add the suggested number of words to the content of the page to improve your rankings.
- If your keyword density is red, you need to increase the usage of the keyword in headlines and text on the page.
- If your title tag is red and says "too long" or "too short" you will need to adjust your title tag to include the keyword and make it fit within the suggested length.
- If your meta description is red, you will need to make the suggested adjustments to improve your keyword rankings.
